Shipping Information

Delivery Locations

 

On ascolour.co.uk we ship nationwide in the UK and to most of Europe. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

 

Any orders being shipped outside of the United Kingdom will be charged 0% VAT. This will be updated at checkout once all required delivery address fields are filled.

 

 

 

Delivery Cost

 

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.



Free Shipping

Trade / Wholesale:

 

Spend £300 (before VAT) to qualify for free shipping.

Retail:

 

Spend £80 (incl. VAT) to qualify for free shipping.

Please note:

The above free shipping thresholds only include our free shipping options, they do not include any expedited shipping options.

EU countries are excluded from the above free shipping rules, standard shipping rates will apply.

 

 

 

Delivery Options

 

Standard Delivery (courier) option orders are sent loose as individual cartons.

Pallet Service (tail lift) option, orders are sent on wrapped pallets and delivered on trucks with a tail lift. For orders over £2,000 only.

Pallet Service (forklift required) option, orders are sent on wrapped pallets. A forklift is required at the delivery address. Note if this option is selected and there is no forklift on-site there may be additional charges to the customer. For orders over £2,000 only.

Delivery Time

 

Most in-stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped on the same business day and will go on an overnight service for delivery within the UK the following business day. If you require a pre-10am or pre-12pm delivery these options are also available on the checkout page. Orders not paid or confirmed within 7 days of placing the order will be cancelled. You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.

All UK packages should be delivered within 2-3 working days, if you haven't received your parcel within this timeframe please contact us immediately. Any packages reported missing after 14 days cannot be replaced/refunded.

All Europe packages should be delivered within 2-5 working days, if you haven't received your parcel within this timeframe please contact us immediately. Any packages reported missing after 14 days cannot be replaced/refunded.

Tracking

 

Your order tracking number will be emailed to you directly from DPD at close of business day.

International Deliveries / Custom Duties & Taxes

 

International parcels may have custom duties and taxes applied. The cost of these fees will vary depending on the value and the country you're sending to.

 

All parcels sent through AS Colour are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means the duty will need to be paid by the recipient on arrival.

 

Customs will contact the recipient to collect payment before the parcel can be delivered. It's important that the recipient is aware that they may be required to pay customs fees and that you provide accurate contact information for the recipient during the checkout process. Refusal of delivery will result in a deduction of the original and return shipping charges from any refund.

 

 


On Delivery of Goods

 

Please check received goods against the packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.

This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated, as picking errors can occur. If you find a picking error before the order is printed, we can replace the affected items. However, once the goods are printed, we cannot exchange or refund them.

We do not cover the cost of any branding or decoration under any circumstances. If you are ordering and sending goods to a third party for branding, they will need to check the order on your behalf before proceeding with any work.

 

 


Order Pick-Ups

Our customer service team will contact you by e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. Customer pick-up window is Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 1.00 pm. Please report to our Customer Service team in the Retail Showroom upstairs via the front entrance of the building for all customer pick-ups. Pick-ups are from our warehouse in Leighton Buzzard.
