Delivery Locations
On ascolour.co.uk we ship nationwide in the UK and to most of Europe. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.
Any orders being shipped outside of the United Kingdom will be charged 0% VAT. This will be updated at checkout once all required delivery address fields are filled.

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.
Free shipping within UK on orders over £300 (before VAT) – automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery Tme
Most in-stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 2:00 pm will be shipped on the same day and will go on an overnight service for delivery within the UK the following business day. If you require a pre-10am or pre-12pm delivery these options are also available on the checkout page. Orders not paid or confirmed within 7 days of placing the order will be cancelled. You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.
All UK packages should be delivered within 2-3 working days, if you haven't received your parcel within this timeframe please contact us immediately. Any packages reported missing after 14 days cannot be replaced/refunded.

DPD Update – residential address deliveries will only be attempted once, after which will be taken to a Parcelshop. The receiver then has 7 days to collect before the parcel is returned to the sender.
Tracking
Your order tracking number will be emailed to you directly from DPD at close of business day.

International Deliveries / Custom Duties & Taxes
International parcels may have custom duties and taxes applied. The cost of these fees will vary depending on the value and the country you're sending to.
All parcels sent through AS Colour are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means the duty will need to be paid by the recipient on arrival.
Customs will contact the recipient to collect payment before the parcel can be delivered. It's important that the recipient is aware that they may be required to pay customs fees and that you provide accurate contact information for the recipient during the checkout process. Refusal of delivery will result in a deduction of the original and return shipping charges from any refund.
On Delivery of Goods
Please check received goods against packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.
This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated as picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can replace but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.
