Store Manager | NEW Bristol, New Castle & Leeds Stores

About the role:
We’re growing! AS Colour is excited to announce the launch of three brand-new stores, opening in March/April 2026. We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Store Managers to lead the way and bring our streetwear culture to life in these fresh new locations.
This is a unique chance to join AS Colour during an exciting phase of growth and take ownership of a new store from the ground up. If you're a strong leader with a love for retail, thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and are excited about playing a key role in a pre-opening setup - this role is made for you.
What you will do:
- Oversee all areas of the store opening, operations and crew.
- Expanding the business and brand presence in a new location.
- Create an environment that's customer service driven, welcoming and safe for both shoppers and colleagues.
- Ensuring rosters, timesheets, payroll and staffing levels are accurate and adequate to meet all customer and business needs.
- Making sure our high standards of store presentation and merchandising are always met.
- As the retail face of AS Colour, you'll be informing and educating customers about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.
- Motivate and develop the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver great service
We want to work with someone who has:
- 2+ years retail management experience (streetwear, apparel or fashion preferred, also open to strong hospitality, tourism or customer service leaders).
- A sound knowledge of the AS Colour and be a fan of the brand.
- The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner.
- Experience in stock control, roster and payroll management.
- Proven leadership success and be able to create an engaging environment for the customers and team.
- Someone with excellent time management, high attention to detail and who remains calm under pressure.
- We are a close-knit group in retail, so you'll have to work well with a team and have previous results in coaching and developing people.
- Worked with wholesale would be ideal.
- The right to live and work in the United Kingdom permanently.

We’re expanding! AS Colour is landing in three new locations this March/April 2026 and we’re on the hunt for Retail Assistant superstars ready to bring our streetwear culture to life in these brand-new spaces.

Currently we are looking for the blow roles:
- 2IC Retail Assistant
- Casual Retail Assistants (Zero-Hour)
What you will do:

Run the Sunday and Monday shifts and have key holder responsibilities for the full week (5 days, Sunday-Thursday) to help with the smooth operation of the store (2IC Retail Assistant Only).

Support and create an environment that's customer service driven and welcoming to both shoppers and co-workers.

Deliver high standards of store presentation and merchandising.

Inform and educate customers about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.
We want to work with someone who has:

Previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality, with enthusiasm and is hardworking.

The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner is essential.

We have a close-knit crew of retail staff so you'll have to work well with a team and have good time management.

Ideally, you'd have a well-developed sense of your own style; self-confidence, a genuine love for fashion and selling high quality basic apparel.
