2IC Retail Assistant | Shoreditch, London

 

 

35 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday (5 days)

 

 

 

About the role:

 

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven 2IC Retail Assistant to help lead the team at our Shoreditch store. As the right hand to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations - bringing energy to the floor, delivering next-level customer service and repping the brand with authenticity.

 

 

 

What you will be doing:

 

• Run the Sunday and Monday shifts and have key holder responsibilities for the full week (5 days, Sunday-Thursday) to help with the smooth operation of the store.

• Support and create an environment that's customer service driven and welcoming to both shoppers and co-workers.

• Deliver high standards of store presentation and merchandising.

• Inform and educate customer about our range and helping them find the right product for their needs.

 

 

 

We are looking for:

 

• Previous retail experience is required, ideally in a similar role.

   

• The ability to think quickly, solve problems and engage with a wide range of people in a positive manner is essential.

• We have a close-knit crew of retail staff so you'll have to work well with a team and have good time management.

• Ideally, you'd have a well-developed sense of your own style; self-confidence, a genuine love for fashion and selling high quality basic apparel.

• Be a fan of the brand and enjoy delivering a fantastic retail experience.

• The right to work and live in the UK permanently.
