(In-Store)
How long do I have to return my in-store purchase, and what do I need?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. Please bring your receipt with you in-store as proof of purchase, we can’t process any returns without it.
Retail Returns
(Online)
How long do I have to return my online order?
Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns sent after this timeframe or without a completed returns from may be sent back at your expense.
How do I return my online order?
Please note that online orders can not be returned in-store.
- To return your item:
- 1. Download and complete a Returns Form.
- 2. Package your items securely, including the returns form and either your invoice or packing slip.
- 3. Deliver to the address below by tracked courier, or alternatively drop off to address below between 9:00am and 1:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What can I return, and what can’t be returned?
All products must be returned in original condition with swing tags attached, products must be unwashed and unworn.
We don't accept returns or exchanges on:
Outlet items
- Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Socks (once removed from packaging)
What if the item is faulty or incorrect?
If you've recieved a faulty or incorrect item, please email support@ascolour.co.uk. We'll arrange the return and cover the shipping costs.
Can I return or exchange items purchased as a part of THE DEAL?
Items purchased as part of THE DEAL cannot be refunded or credited individually. However, we offer exchange options for any specific item/s within the deal;
- 1. Choose to swap for an item of the same value
2. Item with a higher value will require an additional payment to cover the price difference (less 25%)
3. Items with a lower value will have a credit or refund provided for the price difference (less 25%)
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us. But if you're exchaning something we'll pay for the shipping the new item to you.
How long will it take to process my return?
Returns are typically processed within 1 week of recieving your parcel and the team will email you once your return has been completed.
Wholesale Returns
How long do I have to return my wholesale order?
All wholesale returns must be received within 60 days of purchase invoice date. Any returns recieved after this time will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

What are restocking fees?
- All orders over £50 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the time required to check items, re-fold, and restock each size into the correct warehouse location.
Who pays for shipping on exchanges?
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning items to us. We'll cover the cost of sending out your replacements.
Can I return sample orders?
No, sample orders are no eligible for return or credit.
Can I return items after printing, dyeing or decorating them?
Items that have been embelished are no longer returnable or eligible for exchange. AS Colour is not liable for any reprinting costs under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend:
- 1. Checking your order throughly before embelishment.
- 2. Having orders shipped to you (not your printer).
- 3. Reviewing your invoice and packing slip before printing.
What if there's a mistake in my order?
If you notice a picking error before printing, contact support@ascolour.co.uk and we'll fix it. However, once the goods have been printed or altered, we cannot offer a return of exchange, even if it was our error.
