What time do I need to place my order for same-day dispatch?

If your order is placed before 4pm and payment has been approved, we'll aim to dispatch your order the same business day. During busy periods around public holidays and sales, things may take a little longer.

Do we offer free shipping?

  1. Free shipping is available on standard delivery when you meet the minimum spend.

     

    Retail: Spend £80+ (including VAT) to qualify for free shipping.

    Wholesale: Spend £300+ (excluding VAT) to qualify for free shipping.

 

 

Please note: EU orders are excluded from free shipping. Visit ascolour.eu. for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on what you're ordering and how you'd like it shipped! Just add items to your cart, enter your delivery address, and choose the shipping option that works for you, and your cost will update automaically.

 

Orders not paid or confirmed within 7 days of placing the order will be cancelled.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

United Kindom:

Most packages arrive within 2-3 working days. If you haven't recieved your order within this time, please contact us right away. If you need your order to arrive by 10am or 12pm, you can select these options at checkout.

 

Europe:

All Europe bound packages should be recieved within 2-5 working days. If you have not recieved your parcel within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.

Please note: Timelines are provided by FedEx and are to be used as a guide only. Packages reported missing after 14 days, cannot be replaced or refunded. Residential address deliveries will only be attempted once, after which will be taken to a Parceshop. The reciever has 7 days to collect before the parcel is returned to the sender.

How do I track my order?

Once your order's been processed and is on its way, we will email you a tracking number. You can also track your order under 'My Orders' when you log into your account.

What delivery options are available for my order?

Standard Delivery (Courier)

Orders are shipped as seperate, individual cartons.

 

Pallet Service (Tail Lift) - Orders over £2,000 only

Orders are sent on wrapped pallets and delivered by truck with a tail lift for easy unloading.

 

Pallet Service (Forklift Required) - Orders over £2,000 only

Orders are sent on wrapped pallets. A forklift is required at the delivery address. If no forklift is available, additional charges may apply.

 

Next Day Pre-12pm Pallet Service (Tail Lift) - Orders over £2,000 only

Orders are sent on wrapped pallets and delivered by truck with a tail lift, arriving before 12pm on the next working day.

 

Next Day Pre-12pm Pallet Service (Forklift Required) - Orders over £2,000 only

Orders are sent on wrapped pallets, arriving before 12pm the next working day. A forklift is required at the delivery address. If no forklift is available, additional charges may apply.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, wholesale customers can collect orders from our warehouse (address below) Monday to Friday, between 9am and 1pm. We'll email you when your order is ready for collection.

 

When collecting, please report to our customer service team in the retail showroom upstairs via the buildings front enterence. Arriving before you recieve your collection email or outside the designated hours may result in long wait times or being asked to return the next day.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Please check recieved goods against the packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.

 

This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated as picking errors can occur. If you find a picking error before the order is printed, we can replace the affected items. However once the goods are printed, we cannot exchange or refund them.

 

We do not cover the cost of any branding or decoration under any circumstances. If you are ordering and sending goods to a third party for branding, they will need to check the order on your behalf before proceeding with any work.

 

What should I know about international deliveries, duties and taxes?

  • International parcels may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which vary depending on the destination country and order value. Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are charged 0% VAT, which will update at checkout once your delivery address is entered.


    All orders are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the recipient must pay any duties or taxes before delivery. Customs will contact the recipient for payment, so please ensure accurate contact details are provided at checkout.


    Delays in payment can affect delivery times, and refusal of delivery will result in the original and return shipping costs being deducted from any refund.
